Today we are covering Focus, which is the F in the CRAFT Change Process. To simplify focus, it is the center of interest or a clear visual on what you want to accomplish. The CRAFT Change Process is a practice that allows students to make better and healthier chooses in their everyday life through fun and engaging activities!

Before we jump into the activity, here is a list of games that can help improve your FOCUS!

1.     Board Games: Games like chess, checkers, and tic-tac-toe can help you focus. One of my most favorite card games is called “Unstable Unicorns”, it is a combination of cute unicorns mixed with a lot of card strategy that will make you think!

2.     Clean Your Room: Having a cluttered room or workspace clutters your brain. Clean your space and see how you feel after.

3.     Sleep 7-8 Hours: Stay away from your phone before bedtime and read a book instead. Having a good night’s rest is important for your brain to be prepared for the next day.

Try this Focus Activity at home:

This activity is called “Catch in the Cup”, the materials you need are:

-       Plastic Cups

-       A ball, paper ball, socks, or something light to throw with
