Paula has been involved with STRYV365 since 2019 when she helped with programming and data collection from programs and partners, and engaging with our other founding partners.
Her involvement has grown to her current position in overseeing education programming, training, professional development, curriculum, and publication within STRYV365. She has had a chance to work closely with Milwaukee Academy of Science and the Medical College of Wisconsin serving as one of our primary coordinators for our longitudinal research study.
Paula previously has worked in different non-profit areas including archival and genealogical research, literacy services, and citizenship and second-language programs. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for how individuals and communities can create change and improve our region. She is currently completing her doctoral degree in Education and Leadership with a focus on women, resiliency, and emotional intelligence.
