Daron joins STRYV365 as a Program Manager, who will be providing a direct impact by using his experience with youth and his STEM background. He was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and is a proud father and husband. He has had exposure to the MPS system, where he attended Roosevelt Middle School of the Arts and South Division High School. Immediately after finishing high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for 4.5 years where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Daron is a first generation college graduate and is among a very small percentage of African American males in the Engineering department, to acquire his bachelor’s at this particular university. It was in college that he had the opportunity to work with young people first with the Pre-College Program that UW schools offer to middle and high school students. He brings to the table a team member with a tech savvy background. Daron additionally loves to play the game of basketball and looks forward to assisting programming in that area as well. His goal here at STRYV365 is simply to do what he believes is his purpose and that is to inspire, motivate, and encourage the young people that we see on a everyday basis. Daron embodies the mission of STRYV365 and looks forward to being an individual to help those who may not have been provided opportunities to help them reach their best.
